The Ergonomics of Machine Guarding Guide is a revision of 1979 guide that was published by the Department of Labour. This publication was revoked in 2013 and replaced with this updated guide .
The Ergonomics of Machine Guarding Guide sits with the Safe Use of Machinery project and will be part of the new suite of material that is being developed. It will also support the Best Practice Guidelines on Safe Use of Machinery.
